Crawler small excavators have many functions. In addition to excavation operations, they can also be used for crushing operations. So what are the requirements for crawler small excavators when they are used for crushing operations?
1. When the hammer of the crawler small excavator cannot hit the crushed object, the crushing position should be changed; the continuous crushing in the following place should not exceed one minute, otherwise not only the hammer will be damaged, but also the oil temperature will rise abnormally; for hard objects, they should be crushed gradually from the edge.
2. After the crawler small excavator enters the construction site, the driver should first observe the geology of the working surface and the surrounding environment. There should be no obstacles within the rotation radius of the crawler small excavator to avoid scratches or damage to the vehicle.
3. After the machine is started, no person is allowed to stand in the bucket, on the shovel arm crawler and on it to ensure safe production.
4. When the crawler small excavator is working, no person is allowed to stay or walk within the rotation radius or under the bucket. Non-driving personnel are not allowed to enter the cab to touch and move around, and training drivers are not allowed to be brought to avoid damage to electrical equipment.
5. When the crawler small excavator is moved, the driver should observe and honk the horn first, and then move it to avoid safety accidents caused by people near the machine. The position after moving should ensure that there are no obstacles in the space of the rotation radius of the crawler small excavator. It is strictly forbidden to operate it in violation of regulations.
6. After the work is completed, the crawler small excavator should be moved away from the low-lying area or the edge of the trough (ditch), parked on the flat ground, and the doors and windows should be closed and locked.
7. The driver of the crawler small excavator must do a good job of daily maintenance, inspection and maintenance of the equipment, and keep a daily record of the use of the equipment. If there is a problem with the vehicle, it cannot be operated with illness, and report it in time for repair.
8. The cab must be clean and tidy, and the surface of the vehicle must be kept clean, dust-free and oil-free; develop the habit of wiping the car after work.
9. The driver of the crawler small excavator should make daily shift records in time, make statistics on the work content of the day, handle the procedures for odd jobs or zero items outside the project in time, and keep records for settlement.
10. Drivers are strictly prohibited from drinking alcohol at noon and driving after drinking during work. If found, they will be given economic penalties, and the economic losses caused shall be borne by themselves.
11. For man-made damage to vehicles, the causes should be analyzed, the problems should be found, the responsibilities should be clarified, and economic penalties should be imposed according to the severity of the responsibilities.
12. We must establish a high sense of responsibility, ensure safe production, conscientiously communicate and serve the construction party, establish good bilateral relations, and establish a good work style.
13. It is strictly prohibited to crush while rotating, twist the hammer head after insertion, use the hydraulic hammer horizontally or upward, and use the hydraulic hammer as a chisel. Crawler small excavators are fixed assets with large economic investment. In order to increase their service life and obtain greater economic benefits, the equipment must be fixed to the person, machine, and position, and the responsibilities must be clear.
